Responsibilities
Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
Collaborate with cross¬-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Work with outside data sources and API’s.
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
1 year or relevant working experience.
Programming languages: Java, C/C++.
Application development: application life¬cycle, basic UI elements & layout, basic animation technique.
Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
Concurrency: Thread, Handler, AsyncTask and scheduling technique.
Database: SQLite, …
Network: JSON, REST API.
Third¬party libraries and APIs.
Other Skills
Ability to read/skim English technical document is a must
Good team work and high responsibility.
Ability to work independently
Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Positive and ‘can-do’ attitude
Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking to meet deadline
