Giới thiệu: FPT Software là một thành viên thuộc Tập đoàn FPT, hoạt động trong lĩnh vực gia công xuất khẩu phần mềm. Trong những năm qua, doanh thu và nhân lực của Công ty tăng 50-70% mỗi năm. FPT Software chứng chỉ và các quy trình chuẩn của thế giới về sản xuất phần mềm, quản lý chất lượng và bảo mật thông tin như CMMI-5, ISO 9001:2000, ISO 27001:2005.

Job description:
־ Develop migration project from Lotus Notes application to Microsoft platform technology such as Share point, .Net
־ Support team member about technical
־ Report project status to Project Manager
Requirement:
־ At least 3 years experience in .Net and ASP.Net development. Since SharePoint is built on ASP.Net.
־ Understand SharePoint architecture, and understand SharePoint as a development platform. A solid understand of creating SharePoint features is required.
־ Have knowledge of how to manipulate data in SharePoint, and how to control security (user permissions) in SharePoint.
־ For InfoPath form development, the developer must know how to design a form, write custom code for the form, and deploy the form to SharePoint site.

Job Description:
I. QA Lead will manage QA team, which is responsible for:
1. Process Quality Assurance (PQA)
2. Software product Quality Assurance (SQA)
3. Process performance Measurement (QA Accounting)
1. PQA:
a. Maintain Quality Document System (QDS) of group, including process, guideline, templates, standard and sample documents.
b. Audit process conformation in group
c. Analyze the process conformation status in group, propose and follow up corrective and preventive actions
2. SQA:
a. Final check and give Pass/Fail decision for deliverables of projects to customer
b. Collect and analyze software product quality issues, then work with other departments in group to propose and follow-up preventive and corrective actions
3. QA Accounting:
a. Measure performance of group processes and create process performance database (effort, defect, timeliness, etc. metrics)
b. Analyze the metrics, then work with other departments in group propose and follow-up improvement actions
II. For all the above areas, make different kinds of reports to higher managers periodically or on event base.
III. QA Lead reports to manager of group and company.
Requirement:
QA Lead candidate should have experiences on standard software engineering processes, such as CMMI, RUP, etc.
