POSITION SUMMARY
Managing the Commercial / Sales related software system. Participate in the implementation / development of company applications.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1) To manage, optimize and develop current applications of Company, such as: PRISM, Brand Promotion Salary, Dealer Information System.
2) To manage IT project implementation.
3) To participate in implementation and development of new MIS & commercial related software systems as requirement.
4) To maintain, develop and enhance the efficiency of the system by providing trouble shooting service, training and update or developing system to meet the operation requirement.
5) To Support end-user on their daily operations, i.e. develop new reports, troubleshoot if error occurred.
6) To Monitor and attend to all issues related to other tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
o University Degree in Information technology and/or Computer Science
o At least 5 years experience in IT in general and experience with ERP application, IT project management.
o Must have good knowledge or experience of Computer programming or Software development environment: MS Access, MS SQL, Net, XML, Java, Crystal report, FileMaker
o Understanding in commercial and good knowledge about business processes in MNC company
o Knowledge of Network and Operating System.
o Inter-communication with all business departments.
o Good interpersonal/ communication skills, dynamic and team work manner
o Responsibility thinking and working
